恐らく、ヨガもしくはダンスでこのズボンをご利用されるのでしょうか？
Lサイズのご購入をオススメしようかとも思いましたが、股上の長さはほぼおなじですので、問題の解決になりません。このズボンは綿素材で肌触りは良いのですが収縮しないので、激しい動きには向かないです
申し訳ございませんが、小さい物を大きくするということは出来ないので、返金をさせていただきます。
アメリカから日本へ送り返していただくのは高額な送料が必要ですのでズボンはプレゼントさせていただきます

I thought to recommend you to buy L size, but it will not be a solution, as the length of the rise is the same, This pants is made from cotton, so the texture is good, but it is not the stretching fabric and does not suit for vigorous exercise,
I am sorry, but it is not possible to expand the smaller pant. So I will issue a refund.
The pants will be your gift, as the return fee from the USA to Japan is expensive.
