また靴紐については最初から切れていたわけではなく、試された時に切れたということで、基本的には返品をお受けしておりません。
しかしながら、今回のみ、お支払い頂いた金額から靴紐代ということで１０ドル分をディスカウントさせていただこうと考えておりますが、いかがでしょうか？
