1. It arrived in Japan from a transportation company in OR state. The copied NGC label is blurred. I would like to return it as an defect product. I want to send it from Japan to the USA through post with insurance and the cost of the insurance will be 20 dollars. Please refund me that cost as well.

1. It has been delivered to Japan from the forwarder in Oregon state. The printed characters of the NGC label are not clear. I would like to return the item because it is a defective item. As I am sending the item from Japan to USA by mail, so the shipping fee covered by insurance for return costs 20 dollars. Please issue a refund including the shipping fee for returning the item.
