Basically, isn't it just the samples of the products sold in the US which are exhibited?
Is the plan for the signature type to exhibit it as if the hit products in Japan from the Tokyo head office are known?
The staff coming to the NY show from Tokyo seem to be interested, so could you please tell me your team's schedule.
We too will come to the venue from Japan for the decorations. And as it's still suitable, please make a request if there's anything we can help with for additional preparations for the exhibit.
■ロイヤリティ
既に日本の海外ビジネスチームから以前に連絡が入っていると思いますが、Ａの商品ラインのセット商品に関しては、社外インベンターが企画開発を行っており、海外販売においてロイヤリティが発生するものがあります。
改めて表にまとめましたので、ご確認ください。海外での導入が最終的に決まり次第、外部インベンターと話をする準備を現在進めています。
また、支払ロイヤリティのレートは、今後海外向けとして日本とは異なる条件で交渉するつもりです。
■ Royalty
I presume that you have already known from the Japanese overseas business team that the set products of the product line A have been developed by the outside inventor company, and that there are some that follow the royalties in the foreign countries sales.
I have summarized them in a list newly, so please confirm it. I push forward preparations to talk with the outside inventor now as soon as the introduction plan in foreign countries is finally decided.
And, the rate of the payment of the royalty will be negotiated with on a different condition from Japan as that for the product for foreign countries in future.

先日東京本社で制作し、販促として使われている製品の動画データをお渡ししましたが、その後
どの動画を2次利用したいなどのでリクエストありますか？あれば教えてください。
また、ＮＹショーの会期中にもし、お渡ししている動画を会場流す予定がある場合はおしえてください。
一応本社に了承をとらなければなりません。
