Please find attached 3 files listing some samples that we have sent you in 2016. Kindly fill the “physical quantity’ column and confirm that you still have the samples in your office. Kindly sign and stamp the documents and send them back to me by email urgently. Our auditors will visit us by the end of this week and we must be able to explain them every single detail.
At the same time, I kindly ask you to send me a list of all the matters that you were discussing with Fred and that are still open.
