発送したアイテムが日本の税関 X線で引っ掛かった為 当店に返送されました。
問題点は付属のリチウムイオンバッテリーです。
本体のカメラにセットすると発送できますが、商品箱を開封することになります。
アメリカAmazonにも１０ドル高いがアイテムは有りました。
商品箱を開封してバッテリーをセットして再発送してもよろしでしょうか？
キャンセルも可能です。
２日以内に連絡を下さい 返事等がない時はキャンセル対応します。

Hello.
The item which I shipped to you was suspended in the customs in Japan due to the X-ray inspection, and it was returned to us.
The reason was the lithium ion battery which comes with the item as an accessory.
If it is included in the main unit of the camera, we can ship it to you. But we need to open the item box to do so.
In Amazon in US, we found the same item is sold in higher price by 10 dollars.
May we open the item box, set the battery into the main unit of the camera and ship it to you again?
Or you can cancel the order, too.
Can you please reply to me within two days? If we cannot hear from you in two days, we will cancel the order.

The problem was lithium ion battery included in it.
If I put it on the camera I can send it, but I have to open the box of the item.
I found an item in Amazon US although the price is $10 higher.
Is it okay to open the item box, put battery on it and resend it?
I can also process cancellation.
