また、FOB契約であるのに港までの運賃を支払いましたが、これを無くしてほしいです。
・製品について、お客さんから苦情へ返品が出た場合、商品代金を返金する契約をお願いできませんか？
今回、一台箱が破損ということでお客さんからクレームがありました。

As of now, 27 units have been sold. It's already past Christmas so suddenly they can't be sold.
-Can the price be lowered?
In England it's sold for 14-19 pounds. In spite of the fact that 12.99 dollars is too high. In addition in spite of the FOB agreement, we paid the transport up to the pier. I'd like this to be removed.
- With regard to the product, if product returns are made due to complaints from customers, can we ask for an agreement for the product fee to be refunded? We had a recent complaint from a customer that a box was smashed.

We sold 27 units so far, but the sales suddenly stopped after Christmas.
- Will it be possible to lower the unit price?
The current unit price of $12.99 seems too high as the sales price in UK is at £14 to £19.
Also, we would like to request to deduct shipping fee to the port as we have been paying this shipping fee despite the contract is based on FOB.
- Could we have a contract to have the unit price refunded when the product is returned due to returned product from customers?
We have a product which we received a claim from one of our customer due to damaged box.
