　イギリスで、１４ポンド～１９ポンドで売られているのに、12.99ドルは高すぎです。
また、FOB契約であるのに港までの運賃を支払いましたが、これを無くしてほしいです。


・製品について、お客さんから苦情へ返品が出た場合、商品代金を返金する契約をお願いできませんか？
今回、一台箱が破損ということでお客さんからクレームがありました。

So far, I could sell 27 pieces. As the Christmas holidays were over, It is not selling right now suddenly.

- Would it be possible to lower the price?
In spite that it is sold in 14 - 19 pounds in UK, we sell it in $12.99. I am afraid this is too expensive.
Also I paid the transportation fee to the port in spite the we had closed FOB contract, I would like you to eliminate this cost.

- Can you please close a contact which allows us to issue a refund for the item price in case customers claim against the product and return it to us?
This time, a customer sent us a claim that the outer box was damaged.
