日本の郵便局へ問い合わせしましたが、12月10日にアメリカに荷物が到着したとしかわからないと言われました。
私はアメリカのサイトで追跡し、12月15日から更新が止まっていることを説明しました。
しかし、日本の郵便局ではアメリカに到着してからは荷物がどうなっているかわからないそうです。
日本で調査することもできるようですが、1ヶ月程時間がかかります。
アメリカの税関へ問い合わせることが一番早いらしいでので、一度税関へ問い合わせてもらえますか？

I have tried asking the Japanese post office, but they told me that all they know was that the package had already arrived in America on December 10.
I explained that I had tracked the package to America's site, and saw that the update stopped on December 15.
However, it seems that the Japanese post office does not know what happened to package after it arrived in America.
It seems that it is possible to do investigation from Japan, but it will take around 1 month.
It seems that the fastest solution is to ask the US customs office, so would you try contacting them?

As I inquired Japan Post, they told me all they could tell about the package was having arrived in the US on December 10th.
I continued to track it on the US website, and have explained that the information has not been updated since December 15th.
The Japan Post however does not know what has happened to the package after that.
They may conduct an investigation at Japan side, it will take about a month or so.
The fastest way is to contact to the US customs, so would you please reach them?
