昨日、インフィニティ商品の不良報告書・相殺希望商品のメールをお送りいたしましたが、
今回、その他にも不具合品番がありますのでご連絡させて頂きます。
こちらの各品番に関しましては、今回は弊社にて修復致しましたので、相殺願いは出しませんが、
次回以降必ず改善して頂く様、インフィニティ社との共有をお願い致します。
各品番資料の方、添付しておりますのでご確認お願い致します。
Yeterday, I sent in an email regarding defective Infinity products, but there was more, hence this email.
The products listed in this email were repaired by us, but we were hoping that you could offset the amount paid this time with our next order, and work together with Infinity Company on improving your products.
I have attached the details in this email for your confirmation.
I sent an email to you about report of defect of Infinit item and item where I request offset yesterday.
This time as I have another item with defect, I contact you.
As for each item, we repaired this time and did not request offset.
However, would you share with Infinit that you will repair from next time?
I attached the documents for each item. Please check them.
Regarding each product, we restored this time so we are not asking for an offset, but please make sure to share this information with Infinity Company so that this won't happen again.

また、280017 AN LEATHER CHAIR ですが、今回色むらがあまりにも酷く、全て弊社で塗り直しました。
こちらに関して、インフィニティ社より改善案を必ず頂くようお願い致します。ご回答お待ちしております。
