Regarding this product, our customer made inquiry whether it is a genuine product or not.
Can you please submit any document or the bill which proves that you purchased it from Dyson. You can hide the purchase price on it.
I know it is a genuine product.
However, I cannot sell it unless you submit such document to me.
Once you submit it to me, I can keep buying items from your company in the future as well.
Even if you submit the document to me, I still only can buy items from Dyson UK because there are exclusive Dyson retail shops in Japan. So please rest assured.
