家周りの件で実はあと2件気になる事があります。

1つ目、
キッチンのＲange hood（換気扇）の下についている、油を受けるプラスチックのトレイが経年劣化で割れて取れてしまいました。新しいパーツに交換してほしいです。
2つ目、
知らない間に家のガレージの前の木に蜂が巣を作ってしまっています。
機構が寒い間は蜂の活動も鈍く問題でないとは思いますが、心配なので蜂の巣の撤去をお願いできますか？
Actually, there are 2 other things I am concerned about surrounding of the house.
Firstly, plastic tray for receiving oil which is mounted under range hood in the kitchen got split because of aging. Please exchange it to a new one.
Secondly, bees make a nest on the tree in front of house garage while I am not aware of.
During cold season, bees act less actively so there will be no problem, but I am concerned about it so will you remove bee's nest?
