家周りの件で実はあと2件気になる事があります。
添付の写真をご確認ください。
1つ目、
キッチンのＲange hood（換気扇）の下についている、油を受けるプラスチックのトレイが経年劣化で割れて取れてしまいました。新しいパーツに交換してほしいです。
2つ目、
知らない間に家のガレージの前の木に蜂が巣を作ってしまっています。
機構が寒い間は蜂の活動も鈍く問題でないとは思いますが、心配なので蜂の巣の撤去をお願いできますか？

Actually, there are two more things I am concerned about the house.
Please look at the attached pictures.
First,
The oil tray below the range hood (ventilation fan) in the kitchen has degraded over time and cracked. Please replace it with a new one.
Second,
Without me knowing, bees have built a hive on the tree in front of the garage.
During the cold I believe that their activity will be inhibited so it should not be a problem, but it still bugs me, so can you please remove it?

Firstly, plastic tray for receiving oil which is mounted under range hood in the kitchen got split because of aging. Please exchange it to a new one.
Secondly, bees make a nest on the tree in front of house garage while I am not aware of.
During cold season, bees act less actively so there will be no problem, but I am concerned about it so will you remove bee's nest?

2 other things that bothers me about the house.
Please see the attached:
1. The plastic tray to keep oil attached beneath the kitchen range hood broke and came off for being old, please replace it with a new part.
2. Before I new it, a honey comb has grown on the tree in front of the garage at the house. Bees would be inactive during the cold season but can you remove it just in case?
