Our result derived from OP1, which we use, is almost the same as yours. I have a few things I need to confirm with you. Please let me know what formula you used to get A's application rate. Furthermore, a reason why a financial incentive (a logic why the amount of money can be lowered) is appropriate should be able to be made sure and explained.
