本当は、下げ札の問題ではなくて、お客さんと別の
問題で、納品ができなかったかもしれません。
僕の方では、値引きが可能なのは5%が限界だと伝えています。前回 靴を卸した時は、納品後に箱が壊れたという事で、値引きをしました。商品を引き取ると言っていますが、まだ 仕入れ担当の確認待ちをしています。

Honestly it was not a problem of tag, but the item might not have been sent due to another problem with customer. I told them that I can give 5 percent discount at maximum. As box was damaged after it was sent when I wholesaled the shoes last time, I gave a discount. They said that they were going to collect the item, but I am waiting that a person in charge of purchasing confirms it.

I have requested the client to provide the agreement that refers to the matters of caution concerning the merchandises prior to delivery, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I haven't had a change to see their cost related documents either. Perhaps they could not have delivered the merchandise not because of the discount price but with another issue with the client. I have notified that the discount limit I could offer is no more than 5 %. When I sold shoes last time, I provided a discount since the boxes were damaged after the delivery. I proposed to take back the merchandises, but we are still in the status of awaiting the purchasing personnel's confirmation.
