卸し先に、納品するにあったての商品に関して注意事項を記載している契約書を見せてくださいと依頼していますが、連絡がありません。また、商品を仕入れる為に
かかった費用を書類を見せてくれていません。
本当は、下げ札の問題ではなくて、お客さんと別の
問題で、納品ができなかったかもしれません。
僕の方では、値引きが可能なのは5%が限界だと伝えています。前回 靴を卸した時は、納品後に箱が壊れたという事で、値引きをしました。商品を引き取ると言っていますが、まだ 仕入れ担当の確認待ちをしています。

I have requested the client to provide the agreement that refers to the matters of caution concerning the merchandises prior to delivery, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I haven't had a change to see their cost related documents either. Perhaps they could not have delivered the merchandise not because of the discount price but with another issue with the client. I have notified that the discount limit I could offer is no more than 5 %. When I sold shoes last time, I provided a discount since the boxes were damaged after the delivery. I proposed to take back the merchandises, but we are still in the status of awaiting the purchasing personnel's confirmation.
