こんにちは、以前壁掛け時計を２つ購入したタナカ アキラです。
購入した商品を日本のオークションで出品したら、違反商品として削除されました。
その原因は、社団法人から権利者の商標権を侵害する商品だと通告があったからです。
そのため、返品・返金を希望します。

Hello, this is Akira Tanaka who purchased two wall clocks.
I put the purchased items on auction in Japan, but they were deleted as they offended the terms.
The reason why is that the wall clocks are impinging on the right of trademark of the right holder.
Hence, I'd like to send back these items and refund.

Hello.
I am Akira Tanaka. I bought two wall clocks from you. I place them on show on a Japanese auction, but it was rejected because of dedced unauthorized items. That is, they say that the items impinges the brand name of other bona fide Co. item.
So I decided to return it and want you refund.

Hello, I’m Akira Tanaka purchased two wall clocks before.
I put these for online auction but then these were deleted as illegal goods.
This is because auctioner was warned from a corporate juridical person these goods violated trademark light of a light holder.
So I want to resend you the commodities and want you to refunds me.
