シルバニアファミリーの新しいベーシックハウスです。柱や梁野デザインがおしゃれなお家は屋根を開くと3階と屋上が現れます。LEDで何色にも光る噴水がついたお庭をはさんで、「森のおしゃれなケーキ屋さん」にもつなげることができるのでさらに遊びが広がります。
