As the status is clearing customs for a long time, custom duties might be charged.
In case the custom duties are charged, please issue a refund for it as well.
If the recipient had refused the item, then it would have been returned back and no custom duties and no shipping fee would have been charged, but the request was to send the item not to the address in Russia to which we sent the item originally, but to the address in US, so that we need to worry about those additional charge.
