I would appreciate your discount offer, rather than returning the item. I would love to accept it, but I cannot. Sorry about that. I am looking for the coin in order to submit it to NGC appraisement. As they would not accept rusted coin, I will return the coin to you. Can you please issue a full refund, including the shipping fee 50 dollars, which is the returning commission fee of international EMS express mail?

I prefer discount to returning it, I hate to say, but I refuse it. The reason is that I am looking for a coin to submit to NGC appraisal. As I cannot appraise rusty coin, I will return it to you. Would you issue me a refund in full including 50 dollars as the shipping charge of returning it by EMS?

I would appreciate the discount offer than returning goods. We are sorry, let us decline. Because we have been looking for coins to submit to NGC appraisal. Let us return the rusty coins as they can not be inspected. Could you make a full refund including $50 EMS charge I paid?
