先日商品が届きまして、本日商品を全て検品しました。
未点火の状態で3個不良品がありました。
１）部品が折れている
アルコール入れが割れている
２）本体がななめになっている
アルコール入れが割れている
ジョーゴの網が切れている
３）タンクに傷が入っている

どうすればよろしいでしょうか？
○○は初期不良が多く、大変困っております。
薄利で販売しておりますので、対応をお願い致します。

We received the items the other day, and inspected all if items today.
We find three detective items when it is not lightened up.
1) The parts are broken.
The alcohol bottle is damaged.
2) The main unit is leaning.
The alcohol bottle is damaged.
The mesh of the funnel is broken.
3) There is a scratch on the tank.
Please refer to the attached picture for details.
Please let me know what we should do.
We are quite embarrassed that there are tons of initial failure of ○○.
As we are selling them with a very little profit, I would like to cope with these defective items right away.
