・ＩＢＭ/ＥＲＰを推奨する予定。
・メンバーには、半強制的に利用させたい。
・私は、太郎さんに依頼され、ボランティアベースでやっているので、ニュートラルです。
・コストは、割り勘、または、本社負担になる。
最終的には、本社が持つことになると思う。

·There will be lots of demands of customize in the future. However, considering on the merits of SaaS, I would like to use it as it is.
2, COO conference
·IBM/ERP will be recommended
·Members must use it
·I am doing this as a volunteer Taro asked me so I am in the mutual.
·The cost will be either spirit or on the head office.
I think it will be on us eventually.
３．グローバル展開
・契約や具体的導入は、Ａ社がやる。仕事量が増えるので、Ａ社の陣容の強化が必要になる。
・本社が方針を決め、Ａ社が実行する形は変わらない。
・各社における導入をどうやっていくか、ＩＢＭと相談したい。
・ＩＤ，権限の付与はＡ社が行なう。
・マニュアルの作成
⇒今後の具体的展開は、本社とＡ社で相談して決める。今はまだ、検討段階で、決まったものはない。
3. Global deployment
・ Company A will execute for contract and actual introduction. Power up for lineup of company A will be required.
・ It is not changed that head office is determined for policy and company A is executed for that.
・ I want to consult with IBM how to introduce for each company.
・ Grant ID,authority is done by company A.
・ Make manual
⇒ Actual plan will be determined between head office and company A.
Now things are under planning and anything is not determined actually yet.
