私は先日間違って届いた商品をそちらへ返送したと連絡しました。しかし現在は日本からライターはオイルが入っていなくても海外へ発送することはできないと運送会社より連絡があり、商品が私の元へ送り返されました。そのためこの商品をそちらへ返送することができません。そちらへ商品の返送はできませんが、もともと購入してまだ届いていない○○を10個送っていただくことは可能でしょうか？それが無理であれば、購入代金の一部返金をしていただくことは可能でしょうか？お返事お待ちしています。

I informed you the other day that I had returned a wrong product to you. But now a shipping company told me that a lighter even without oil cannot be shipped to overseas and so the wrong product was returned to me. For this reason I can't return it to you. Even though I can't return it, is it possible to send me 10 of ○○, which is an item I originally ordered, but I have not received yet?
