私は先日間違って届いた商品をそちらへ返送したと連絡しました。しかし現在は日本からライターはオイルが入っていなくても海外へ発送することはできないと運送会社より連絡があり、商品が私の元へ送り返されました。そのためこの商品をそちらへ返送することができません。そちらへ商品の返送はできませんが、もともと購入してまだ届いていない○○を10個送っていただくことは可能でしょうか？それが無理であれば、購入代金の一部返金をしていただくことは可能でしょうか？お返事お待ちしています。
The other day I told you that I had returned the wrong item to you. However the courier contacted me and told me that they can't ship a lighter overseas even if it doesn't contain oil, as a result it has returned to me. Because of this, I'm afraid I can't send this item back to you. Although I can't, would it be possible for you to send me ten ○○s which I have purchased but not arrived yet? If you can't, is it possible to make a partial refund to me?
