倉庫の品質管理はどうなっているんですか？
ドイツにFBA倉庫から製品を送っていただきましたが添付のような画像が来ました。
お客様が仰られるには、上下セットのズボンだけしか入ってなく、さらに袋に入ってなく製品に直接シールが貼ってあったそうです。
恐らく前日くらいにフランスから返品があったようですが、その際に上着だけ抜き取られて、不完全な状態で返品されたのではないかと考えています。
全額返金されているようなので、それは諦めますがせめて不良品として処理して欲しかったです。

How does the quality management at the warehouse?
The product sent to Germany from the FBA warehouse, and I received the attached picture.
According to the customer, only the pants was delivered which should be a top and bottom set, and it was not in a bag and the sticker was put on it directly.
I suspected that it was returned from France the day before or so, the jacket had been picked out at that time and then returned it as the incomplete package.
The customer received a full refund, so I give up to ask you to send the jacket, but I wanted you to handle it as the imperfect product.
