NF-1 which you bought has been returned to Japan.
However, it seems that the machine got broken during the shipping.
I would like to get warranty from the post office but I won't be able to provide you the same item.
I have refund all to you which is the item cost ($51) and the shipping cost ($23) at total ($74), so it may be inconvenience for you but could you make a cancellation on it?
It won't be able to accept cancellation requests after the specific date, so sooner is better.
