La commande cette fois-ci était de 18 pièces de A mais je n’ai reçu que 15 pièces, il en manque donc 3.
Je vous laisse le choix soit de me rembourser ces 3 pièces manquantes, soit une déduction équivalente sur le montant de ma prochaine commande, selon ce qui vous conviendra le mieux pour vous.

Par ailleurs, le nombre de fournisseurs traitant vos produits a soudainement augmenté récemment, et il se trouve que les produits manquants doivent fréquemment être commandés pour être restocker à défaut de quoi il est devenu difficile de produire des bénéfices.
Je me demandais donc si il serait possible pour vous de réduire le montant minimum pour chaque transaction.
Une réduction du montant minimum résultera certainement à des commandes plus fréquentes que maintenant.
Je continuerai bien sûr à faire affaire avec vous, et vous serais reconnaissant si vous pouviez je vous prie, considérer cette proposition mais bien entendu, dans la mesure de ce qui vous sera possible.
