basically each item is supposed to have its own sequence. As it is mandatory to submit the Code to customs we should not gather other items with different codes (first 4 digits are being submitted) under 1 sequence as this most likely will lead to problems for Cnee when trying to arrange customs clearance. There might be still a chance that an abstract cargo description will pass customs clearance without problems but there’s always a certain risk especially as we have noticed that customs authorities recently become more strict handling these discrepancies. This applies to all shipments being discharged at Hamburg Port.

基本的に各商品にはそれぞれシーケンスがあるはすです。税関にコードを提出することは義務化されていますので、1シーケンスのもとで別コードの他商品を集めるべきではありません。 (最初の4桁が提出されています）通関業務を調整しようとしている際にCneeに対して問題を引き起こすことになりがちだからです。 輸送物の詳細を抽象的に書くことによって、通関業務を問題なく通貨することができる可能性はまだありますが、最近税関がこのような中身と申告の不一致を厳しく取り扱うようになっているとわかっているゆえに、リスクはつきものです。これは、ハンバーグポートから送付される配送物すべてに対して言えることですね。

基本的にそれぞれの商品は自身のシーケンスを持っていることが前提です。コードを税関に申告することが義務なので、シーケンス1のもとでは他の商品を異なるコードで集めるべきではありません。(最初の4桁が申告に用いられます。) これがCneeにとって、通関を行うときにもっとも問題を起こしやすいのです。貨物についての記述の抜粋だけでも問題なく通関することはありますが、最近、税関関係のチェックが貨物の説明の矛盾について大変厳しくなっていることを私たちも気づいており、そのままでは一定のリスクがあることを理解しておいてください。このことはハンブルグ港から発送されるすべての貨物について言えることです。
