先ほどのメッセージで書き忘れていました、バイヤーとしてもセラーとしても返金返品はしたことがありませんので、手続き全般をよくわかっていません。「この商品を返品する」から始めるようで、そこから一部返金ができるようです。そちらもそのように理解されていますか、もしくは私の返品手続きなしに直接ご返金いただけますか？よろしくお願いします。
