私の在庫の中で、非常に多くの商品が長い期間"reserved"のままになっています。
そのうちのいくつかは注文保留中のままで、そのほかは"FC transfer"のままの状態です。
最後に私が商品を納品したのは2015年の12月です。これらの商品がいつまでたっても出荷可能にならないのはなぜですか？紛失してしまったのでしょうか？

Among my stock, so many items are indicated as "reserved" for a long time.
Some of these orders are pending, and others are still "FC transfer".
Las time I delivered item was in December, 2015. What is the reason these items do not change as available for shipment for a long time? Are they lost?
