クレジットカード払いは、成功しませんでした。
私は、カード会社にその理由をきくと、
カード会社は、「カード会社側では、決済処理に問題が無く、販売店側により、支払いがキャンセルされている」と説明しました。
度々、お手数おかけして申し訳ありませんが、御社のクレジットカード決済のシステムを調べてもらえませんか?
もし、現在、クレジットカード払いが、不可能である場合は、銀行振込による決済をしたいと思います。
その場合は、貴社の振込口座等、送金に必要な情報を教えて下さい。

I could not make payment by my credit card.
When I asked the credit card company about the reason of the failure, then they told me that the credit card company successfully had completed the payment process, and the payment had been canceled by the distributor.
I am very sorry for having bothered you many times, but, can you please inspect your payment system for credit card in your side?
If you cannot accept the credit card payment now, then I will make payment by means of a bank transfer.
In that case, please let me know about your bank account and other information in order to transfer money from me to you.
