私は、カード会社にその理由をきくと、
カード会社は、「カード会社側では、決済処理に問題が無く、販売店側により、支払いがキャンセルされている」と説明しました。
度々、お手数おかけして申し訳ありませんが、御社のクレジットカード決済のシステムを調べてもらえませんか？
もし、現在、クレジットカード払いが、不可能である場合は、銀行振込による決済をしたいと思います。
その場合は、貴社の振込口座等、送金に必要な情報を教えて下さい。
