非常に良い商品なのですが、1点不思議な現象が起きており、ご連絡させて頂きました。
色調を調整後、電源をOFFにしたり、信号を一旦切ると、数値はそのままのですが、色調が設定前の色に戻ってしまいます。
再度、色調設定で、数値を１つだけでも上げ下げすると設定していた色になります。
毎回、電源を立ち上げる度に、設定をし直さなければならない状態なのですが、アップデートなどで解決可能でしょうか？
または、故障しているのでしょうか？
It is a very good item, but there is one strange phenomenon so I wanted to let you know.
After adjusting color tone, when I turn the power off or turn off the signal once, value stays same but the color tone goes back to the previous setting.
When I adjust color tone by raising or lowering the value by 1, it goes back to the color previously set.
I have to reset every time I turn the power on, is it possible to solve this b updating etc?
Or is it a failure?
