メーカーによると、時計に入っている電池はモニター用であり、本体価格には含まれおらず、保証の対象とはならないとのことでした。また、このことは取扱説明書にも記載されているとのことでした。
電池交換については、当店でも可能ですが、日本までの商品の往復の送料及び電池交換費用はお客様負担となります。
アメリカのカシオ社若しくは最寄りの時計店で電池を交換された方が交換費用を抑えることができるものと思われます。
