I ordered four items of this prodecut from a seller called ○○, and received them.
But two of them were bulk packages with no retail package or specification.
Please confirm the attached image. I contacted the seller. However, he gave me the following
response: "As the products are what you see in the catalog, I neither refund you nor replace them."
I live in Japan; I would have to cover the shipment charges if I were to return them.
