However, I ask you to understand only this..
The postal condition of the area where you live is not good.
The item will arrive in 5 days from Japan to the States probably without any problem,
but I cannot say about Kuwait.
I will issue you a refund in full, or can send the item again.
As you requested, I am preparing sending it again.

The area you live in does not provide excellent mailing service.
It would take about 5 days to send a package from Japan to US, but I have no idea how long it would take from Japan to Kuwait.
I can make a full refund, and also I can re-send the item.
And, I am arranging re-sending the item to you based on your request.
But we cannot change the mailing circumstances. Therefore I need to tell you that I cannot guarantee the arrival of the item.
