今回のトライアルを成功させるためには、次のことが必要。
１．契約したＳＯＷのスケジュールをきちんと守ること。
２．持株会社は、ＩＦＲＳ導入のために、デリバティブのリスク管理を円滑にしたい。
３．4社いるＡグループのメンバーとの意思疎通を円滑に取り、信頼を得ること。
４．Ｘシステムを全てのＡグループに広めるために、トライアル期間はＢ社の全力を挙げ
て取り組むこと。
Followings are required to succeed in this trial.
1. Follow the contracted SOW schedule properly.
2. The holding company wants to manage derivative risks smoothly in order to install IFRS.
3. Smooth communication with members of A group from 4 companies and win trust from them.
4. In order to prevail X system to entire A group, B will put fullest effort during trial period.
