amazon.comでご注文の場合で、配送先がアメリカ以外の場合は通常、商品代金＋送料とは別に輸入関税が発生する旨が買い物途中に表示されるはずなのですが、最近仕様変更が著しいので、もしかしたら表示されなかったのかもしれない。

In case that you placed an order at Amazon.com and the delivery address is outside the United States of America, normally, the import tax should be charged in addition to the price of the product and the shipping cost and it should be displayed while you buy, but it may be possible that it was not displayed for some failure,as the specification has much changed recently.
