どの香りもすばらしいが、特に豆を挽いた時の香りが一番豆の特徴が出るような気がする。豆によっても違うが酸味やナッツ臭、カカオの香りがしてとてもリラックスできる。日によってアメリカンにしたり、エスプレッソやカフェオレにして楽しむ。
