社員やグループ会社への情報発信を英語できるようになる必要がある。
社員が誰でもある程度のレベルの英文で情報発信できるようにする。基本は個人の英語能力の向上を目指すべきである。しかし一方で「だれでも英語で発信できる環境（システム）」には高い価値がある。（かつ、翻訳や英文作成に時間を掛けるのはナンセンスである。）

It is necessary to send information to staffs and affiliates in English.
Every staff must become communicate in fairly good English. Basically, each individuals should improve their English ability. However, the situation (or system) where everybody can communicate in English is precious. (In addition, it is ridiculous that staffs take long time to do translation or compose English messages.

We will have to be able to send information in English to employees and group companies.
Any employee would have to be able to send information in English sentences with some level of English. Basically we need to aim for the improvement of each English skills. However, on the other hand there is a high value on the environment(system) where anyone can send information in English. (At the same time, it is nonsense to spend much time on translation and making English sentences.)

We need to be able to dispatch information to other colleagues and group companies in English.
We will make sure that every employee can dispatch information in English to a certain extent. Basically, every employee should improve his or her own English communication skills. But, in the other hand, "The environment (system) where anybody can dispatch information in English" has high value. (And, it is rubbish to spend a lot of time in translating or making English sentences.)

The employees ad Group company need to send information in English.
The employees will have to try to reach a certain level of English. At least, we should aim at enhancing each individual English ability. On the other hand, it is highly appreciated that we can create a pro-English environment.
(And save the time we need to hire a translator and English writer)
