3/4g is now deep purple, and is far from the previous octopuss sample color tone. Therefore we have received a lot of claim so far.
So, we are working with the pharmaceutical corporation to make our original aditive in order to unify the finish of 3/4g and 4/5g. And we will switch to use the new aditive once the current aditive is used up.
Do you have any other idea to unify the finish?
And, should our staff be on-site while you produce the product? Or is it possible to ask you to do all about producing?

3/4g is strong purple color which is different from the octopusI sample, and customers complain about it.
In order to make 3/4g and 4/5g same, we are cooperated with a medicine company to produce our original additives and we are thinking of changing it when the medicine we are using now run out.
Is there any better way to make them looking the same?
And while you are producing the producs, should we send one of staff?
Or should we leave it to you all?
