Hello, I purchased the item noted below from you on April 25, 2015 via Amazon. Recently, the cover over the lens does not operate correctly and does not open, or opens only slightly so there is a thin, slanted, partial view. I was told this was a really good camera with a great warranty which is why I am contacting you. This should not be happening to a camera at this price range in less than a year. Please advise what you are able to do for me. Time is a consideration as I am going on an international trip in February with the intent of bringing a good, fully operational camera.
