すでに箱を開けている商品を返品される場合は購入金額の60%しか返金できません
すでに機械を使用した場合は中古品となりますので35%のみ返金されます
箱も開けずにお送りした状態で返品（箱にも痛みがなく）されれば満額返金いたします
しかしいずれにおいても日本からお客様のところへお送りした送料（$65）は返金されません
また日本にお送りする際の送料も客様が負担するようお願いいたします

It is possible to return.
It is your mistake of ordering, so this returning will be processed as following.
Have you already open the box?
If you already open the box, we only can refund you 60% of the total price.
If you already used it,it will be considered as an used one so only 35% will be refunded.
If the box is unopened as when we send (no damages on the box too) you will get full refund.
But the shipping we shipped it to you from Japan won't be refunded. ($65)
Also you pay for the shipping when you return it to Japan.

When you return it the box not opened (not damaged) and in the state as sent, the full amount will be refunded.
However, in whichever case, the postage ($ 65) from Japan to you will not be refunded.
And we kindly request you to bear the postage from you to Japan, too.

We do accept return. You mistook your order so we will handle this case as explain below.
Have you already opened the package of the item? If you have, we can only refund 60% of the original price. If you have used the item, we will refund only 30% of the original price since it will have to be considered as preowned. If you can return the item as it was when ou recieved ( package hasn't been opened or damaged), we will refund the original price. However, please note that we will not refund shipping fee that has been charged when you purchased the item and also you will be responsible for return shipping as well.
