第１条（目 的）
Ａは社に対して、Ａの製品（以下、「本製品」という。）を売渡し、Bはこれを第三者に販売する目的で甲から買受ける。
第２条（販売数量）
Bが販売する製品の数量は、取決めない事とするが、1度回の購入はUS$500以上とする。
第３条（販売価格）
AはBに対し、Bが第三者に本製品を販売するときの価額を指定することができるものとする。BはAの指定した販売価額に達しない価額をもって、本製品を販売することができない。
Article 1. (Purpose)
A sells the product (referred as "the Product" hereafter) of A to the company, and B buys this from C for the purpose of selling it to the third party.
Article 2. (Sales Quantity)
It decide not to decide The quantity of the product which B sells shall not be set herein, but the one time purchase amount shall be more than US $ 500.
Article 3. (Sales Price)
A shall be able to designate the value of the Product for B when B sells it to the third party. B cannot sell the Product by a value not reaching the sales value designated by A.
