その後に、私が在庫欠品を理由にキャンセルを依頼した取引の「取引のキャンセル不可」のメールが到着した

何故こんなキャンセル依頼をしていない取引がキャンセルされて、依頼したものはキャンセル不可なのか？

キャンセル不可の理由として「顧客への未返金」とメールに記載されているが、私は12/4にpaypalから全額をすぐに返金している
