USPSのサイトで追跡をかけたところ、既に配達済みになっています。
もし届いていなら、日本に返送されるはずだが未だ日本に荷物は戻ってきていないし、郵便局員も配達は終わっていてこれ以上は分からないという。
私は郵便局が商品を紛失したと思っている。なので、この注文に関してはamazonで既にキャンセルと返金処理を依頼しています。
また、新しく注文をいただいているが日本から送るのに弊社ではEMS（USPS）以外方法が無い。

I track it on USPS website, and it says it was already shipped.
If you haven't received it yet, it should have been returned to Japan, and the post office said they delivered it already and they don't know anything more about it.
I think the post office lost it.
So I already requested to cancel and refund on Amazon.
Also, you have ordered another one but there is no other ways to ship other than EMS (USPS) from japan.
I'm afraid to say that It might be the same result.
