USPSのサイトで追跡をかけたところ、既に配達済みになっています。
もし届いていなら、日本に返送されるはずだが未だ日本に荷物は戻ってきていないし、郵便局員も配達は終わっていてこれ以上は分からないという。
私は郵便局が商品を紛失したと思っている。なので、この注文に関してはamazonで既にキャンセルと返金処理を依頼しています。
また、新しく注文をいただいているが日本から送るのに弊社ではEMS（USPS）以外方法が無い。
申し訳ないが同じ結果になるかもしれない

As I checked tracking of USPS, I found that it had already been delivered.
If you still have not received it yet, it must have been returned to Japan.
However, as it has not been returned to Japan and delivery man of the post office has finished delivery,
he or she does not know more than the current situation.
I believe that it must have been lost in the post office. For this reason, regarding this order, I have already requested Amazon cancellation and processing of refund.
I received another order. I can send it only by EMS (USPS) from Japan.
I hate to say, but the same trouble might happen again.
