We can track it after being imported to the US but we can't accept your inquiry about the item or send again request.

After shipping and imported in the US, tracking is available at our end, however we cannot inquire regarding the item or placing a reshipping request.
Please be aware that reshipping request or luggage status confirmation after the item has arrived in the US needs to be done by customers.
Also due to the holiday season, logistics in the US has been more jammed than normal, which may cause a delivery delay.
