詳しい説明もなく何度、連絡を入れても一切返信がありませんでした。

I received wrong item and requested return and exchange, but there was no detailed explanation and although I contacted many times I got no reply.
Several weeks later, I was contacted and checked return measure, then I found out it had expired.
Please advise what I should do.

I received a wrong item and asked for a return and a replacement, but I have had no reply so far even though I tried to contact a seller many times.
Several weeks after many attempts to contact the seller, I finally talked him and we agreed with how to return it. But a period to return has already passed.

Since the wrong goods were delivered,
I have conducted a return exchange request and I did not receive a detailed explanation,
there was no reply at all even put in touch many times.
After a few weeks, it has expired when the contact is there to confirm the return method.
