注文時に故障していたものやこちらが意図した種類・色と違う物があり、返品か返金か代替品の発送のいずれかを求めます

到着時にボタンが壊れていて正常に作動しませんでした

添付してある画像のように取れない汚れや欠け等がありました

But some of items are broken, and others are of different type and colors than I wanted. Therefore, I request to return the product or a refund, or you send me a substitute item.

When it arrived here, the button was already damaged, not functioning properly.

As you can see in the attached picture, there is dirt that will not come off, and some missing parts.
